This Autumn, the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) the popular Festival of Flavours will return to RHS Garden Bridgewater, Salford from 13-15 September for a vibrant celebration of growing and cooking. Now in its third year, the festival offers visitors the chance to enjoy live cookery demonstrations, celebrity chef appearances, a food market, edible garden tours and family entertainment.

Visitors to Festival of Flavours at RHS Garden Bridgewater can expect a mouth-watering programme of cookery demonstrations and tantalising talks. The weekend will be filled with culinary inspiration, with the main stage hosting live demos from celebrity chef Ching-He Huang, Ben Chaplin from Salford’s The Black Friar, expert local producers and Great British Bake Off The Professionals stars Harwood’s Patisserie.

Foodies can also look forward to talks from local producers offering top tips on everything plot-to-plate and edible tours of the Kitchen Garden.

RHS team members and volunteers will also share their love of growing, cooking (and eating!), creating delicious recipes using ingredients grown and harvested from the Kitchen Garden.

Discover an exciting programme of talks and sample goodies from artisan makers of honey, preserves and cheese and meet some inspiring people who have turned their back on the nine-to-five for a taste of ‘The Good Life’. Browse the food stalls and ignite your senses with the tastes and smells of the food and drink on offer from local producers and pick up ingredients to cook with at home.
