Supper Club Wednesdays
Wednesday 2nd October marks the launch for The Firehouse’s new Supper Club! Get ready for a midweek feast that’s all about mates, meats, mezze and margs. With brand new items exclusive to Wednesdays including Pichana steak, cooked over coal and wood for just £14 and whole Firehouse Peri Chicken served with peri gravy.
Indulge in an array of mezze, featuring Chermoula squash and pomegranate, grilled broccoli, confit garlic, chilli and lemon. Roasted carrots, tahini, and pistachio dukkah, vibrant dips, pickles and tabbouleh, and Firehouse’s signature pitas all alongside your favourite classics! And of course, enjoy it all alongside their classic margaritas just £6 all night long.

Thursdays: SPANK! – A Northern Quarter Cabaret
New to Thursday nights this autumn, SPANK! seduces guests into a world of underground performance, iconic acts, and dazzling artistry. From the joyous to the provocative, let charismatic hosts guide you through an unforgettable evening of cabaret, burlesque, drag, comedy, boylesque, and more. Whether you’re here for a singer with soul, a contortionist bending your perception, or a circus act that wows, this is the place to be. Relax, grab a drink, and settle in for the show. Walk-ins welcome or book a table for the best seat in the house – dinner served until 9PM, then stick around for the magic.
Fridays: FULL TILT
It’s Friday, and you’re ready to go FULL TILT. Work is over, the drinks are flowing, and all of a sudden it’s midnight and you’re not leaving any time soon. Get your weekend started with live music from The Firehouse’s five-piece party band, while charismatic singers and resident DJs keep the energy high with club classics and party anthems. With late-night performances from Manchester’s best queer and underground acts, you’re in for an unforgettable night. Feeling thirsty? Go bottomless from 4PM every Friday – enjoy endless Prosecco, lager, frozen margaritas, and spritz for just £30 per person.
Saturdays: HOUSE OF FIRE
If it’s Saturday, it’s time for HOUSE OF FIRE. The Firehouse’s dedicated performance team takes over the central runway with outrageous costumes, stunning choreography, and jaw-dropping performances. From vogue to contemporary to hip-hop, these dancers know how to burn up the stage, bringing fresh energy and fierce style week after week. Walk-ins welcome, but if you want the best spot in the house, book a booth and enjoy table service all night long.
