EXPERIENCEit – one of the UK’s most innovative, immersive events showcases – is heading to Manchester for the first time.

The event is the first of its kind in Manchester.
Delivered in partnership with Manchester Convention Bureau, part of Marketing Manchester, the team will bring EXPERIENCEit’s transformational format to the North West, offering a bold reimagining of how events, creatives and comms professionals connect, collaborate and innovate.
The event will take place on 22 and 23 July 2025, with day two taking place at Diecast. Traditional event and tradeshow formats are replaced with experiential displays, interactive live experiences, wellness checks and TED-style talks. The day will kick-off with disco yoga to bring energy to the event from the very beginning.
Judith Wilson, Events Director at EVENTIT, said:”EXPERIENCEit isn’t just an event – it’s an experience, just like it says on the tin. After a brilliant response in Edinburgh earlier this year, we’re excited to bring our pioneering format to Manchester. From dynamic experiences to thought-provoking conversations, we’re creating an environment where ideas thrive and genuine connections are made.
“Whether you’re a brand, agency, or venue, EXPERIENCEit Manchester will challenge assumptions, spark creativity and offer tools to design better, more inclusive events.”
Day one will focus on industry leadership and insight gathering through panel discussions and collaborative workshops. This will be held in still-to-be-announced city centre location.
The spotlight will be on Gen Z’s approach to events, exploring what draws younger audiences and how Gen Z are bringing their own stamp to the industry.
Trailblazing workshops will be driven by the next-gen voices reimagining the future of events. This session will offer valuable takeaways for brands and agencies keen to futureproof their approach not just to events but to creative marketing and comms in general.
The event encourages shared learning, sharing of experiences and genuine interaction.
Victoria Braddock, Managing Director at Marketing Manchester, said: “We’re delighted to welcome EXPERIENCEit to Manchester for the first time. This two-day event offers a great opportunity to position Greater Manchester as a leading conference and events destination to a captive audience of buyers and will include sessions from our team to highlight the ease of holding an event in the region, and an opportunity to see some of the fantastic and diverse venues on offer.”
