Cocktail bar & kitchen Rendition, has announced that they are launching a brand new food and drinks menu which will be available to the public from the 1st September.

Located on Deansgate in the city centre, the speakeasy-style bar will treat guests to an inclusive, experience-led atmosphere with theatrical cocktails made with the finest ingredients, all paired alongside grown-up small plates, designed to share. 

The new food offering will be inclusive to all dietary requirements with the entire menu being gluten-free and over 14 different choices for vegans, making it the perfect destination for any food preference.

From skillfully made dishes to delicious desserts, the new menu has a wide variety of options. Classic dishes include the 28 Day Aged Rump Steak with Black Pepper Caramel, Salt and Pepper Oyster Mushrooms with Truffle Mayo, and Korean BBQ Cauliflower Wings. 

There is also a variety of nibbly bits to go alongside the delicious classic dishes including Masala Fries, Norcella Olives and, Padron Peppers with Parmesan and Chilis.

To round off the perfect meal, Rendition’s new menu also features some scrumptious sweet treats including the Bakewell Trifle with Raspberry Jelly, Amaretto Raspberries and Vanilla Bean Cream, as well as the Million Dollar Ice Cream Cone made up of Salted Caramel and Vanilla Ice Cream, Bailey’s Cream and Toasted Coconut.

Rendition has also announced it will be launching a new cocktail menu filled with classic cocktail twists and theatrical style favourites, as well as seasonal specials. 

Highlights include Rendition’s October Falls which is made up of Havana 3, Pink Grapefruit, Vanilla and Rosemary, and Brighten My Northern Sky which consists of Beefeater, Lychee, Lemon and Apple.

Guests will be able to make the most of the bar’s happy hours, with 2 for £12 cocktails available Fridays and Saturdays, 5pm – 8pm.
