Manchester City have signed the Egyptian striker Omar Marmoush for a fee of £59m from Eintracht Frankfurt on a four-and-a-half-year deal.
Marmoush scored 20 goals and made 13 assists in 26 appearances for Eintracht Frankfurt this season
“I’ve played many positions. For Egypt I am playing left-wing most of the time. At my former club I was playing number nine, sometimes at ten and also an eight. I’ve also played on the right-wing, so I think I CAN PLAY IN ALL THE POSITIONS, but I feel most comfortable behind the striker in the number ten position where the way to the goal is quicker – or shorter I should say – so I am comfortable in all positions!” said the striker on the signing
