Manchester City have according to reports have tabled an offer of £25m for the Chelsea Midfielder Mateo Kovacic
The club are said to have agreed personal terms with the Croatia international but are yet to reach an agreement with Chelsea over a transfer fee for the player.
Kovacic has just a year left on his current contract with Chelsea and the Blues are keen to sell the 29-year-old this summer then see him leave Stamford Bridge for free next season.
