For just £65 per person you are invited to enjoy an extraordinary dining experience that begins with a complimentary glass of Rosé Prosecco (non-alcoholic option also available) and continues with a decadent selection of flavours across three mesmerising courses.
Indulge in one of four exquisite starters including a Warm Goat’s Cheese Tartelette with caramelized red onions, roquette leaves, and glazed balsamic – Crispy Fried Tofu served with oyster soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, and puffed rice – Smoked Lobster Tail paired with vibrant red cabbage salad, edamame, radish, and smoky citrus béarnaise – and Lamb Cutlets served with porcini creamy purée, goat cheese mango money bags, and crispy leeks.
For your main course, choose from four luxury dishes including Truffle Ravioli in a creamy wild mushroom sauce with basil and pink peppercorn – Baked Fillet of Salmon accompanied by lemon-infused salsify, buttery thermidor sauce, and parsnip crisps – 16oz Chateaubriand share a tender beef fillet paired with truffle wild mushrooms, peppercorn sauce, and pan-fried accompaniments – and Pithiviers mouthwatering goats cheese and butternut squash wrapped in filo pastry with red pepper and tomato coulis.
