Batman Unmasked has now opened its gates at Depot Mayfield in Manchester – taking guests on a journey through an elaborate collection of Batman items from the famous Warner Bros. Archives.

Bringing the cinematic world of Batman to UK fans to celebrate DC’s Caped Crusader’s 85th anniversary, Batman Unmasked will be open in Manchester until 25 August before descending upon London’s Covent Garden from 6 September through to 3 November.

Captivating Batman fans of all ages, Batman Unmasked takes guests on a thrilling journey through the Caped Crusader’s legendary history in film as they explore an extensive collection of original props and costumes from Warner Bros.

Pictures films including “Batman” (1989), “Batman Forever” (1995), “Batman & Robin” (1997), “Batman Begins” (2005), “The Dark Knight” (2008), “The Dark Knight Rises” (2012), “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” (2016), “Justice League” (2017), “Joker” (2019) and “The Batman” (2022).

Navigating through a series of themed rooms, visitors will venture into the world of Gotham City. Guests will take in the awe-inspiring Batsuits worn by iconic actors including Robert Pattinson, Christian Bale and Michael Keaton, alongside original props and memorabilia. In each city, there will be a selection of original vehicles on display including Pattinson’s Batcycle from “The Batman” (2022) and Bale’s Tumbler from “The Dark Knight” (2008) in Manchester and Pattinson’s Batmobile from “The Batman” (2022) and Bale’s Batpod from “The Dark Knight” (2008) in London.

Travelling through walkways inspired by the various criminals of Gotham City, guests will arrive at The Rogue’s Gallery – a dark and mysterious space devoted to the DC Super-Villains Batman has faced through the years, including an array of suits, props and weapons like Uma Thurman’s Poison Ivy ensemble, Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn costume, Jim Carrey’s Riddler outfit and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Mr. Freeze suit. Ahead of The Joker returning to the big screen this year in “Joker: Folie A Deux”, fans can also see the red suit worn by Joaquin Phoenix in “Joker” and the infamous nurses uniform worn by Heath Ledger in “The Dark Knight.”

Throughout the Batman Unmasked experience, younger fans will also be able to explore the space and find hidden facts and will be able to capture the moment and remember the day forever with several photo opportunities. At the end of the experience, guests will be able to enjoy a free-flow comic book and gaming area complete with games consoles, colouring in stations and a Scalextric track before purchasing exclusive Batman Unmasked merchandise at the retail store including special Batman 85th Anniversary items alongside classic Batman items.
