A Baguley man will appear in court later this month charged charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Michael Pullan aged 30 of Wadebridge Avenue was driving a black Audi S3 had on Warburton Lane, Partington last December when it collided with a tree.
A passenger – a 26-year-old man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. A second passenger was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
He is due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Wednesday 16 December
