SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO is launching a brand-new summer beer ‘Lilt Bit Fruity’.

Inspired by the 90’s beloved pop drink ‘Lilt’ this 5.5 ABV seasonal beer will be available in the first instance exclusively across the beerhouses group. The beer will then be available from July.

A pint of the Lilt Bit Fruity fills the glass with a sunshine-yellow haze, a fresh beer it has subtle aromas of pineapple, citrus and pithy grapefruit. The beer is a light-bodied perfect for summer beer gardens and light night drinking.

CEO Keith McAvoy, said: “We often focus our new brews at our webshop or retail audience, but with the Euros in full swing and Summer finally kicking off, it made sense to produce a beer that would be available exclusively in our beer houses.

“This beer is a really fun nod to one of our brewing teams’ favourite fizzy drinks, with a wave of 90s nostalgia hitting fashion and pop culture at the moment, it has been fun to create something that nods to this playful era in both brand design and taste.”

The Company was founded in 2014 by McAvoy brothers, Guy, Keith, Luke, Daniel, Nathan, Kit, and Greg, inspired by their dad’s home-brewing in their cellar at home. This year the brewery celebrates 10 years in business.

The brothers currently run successful beer houses in Middlewood Locks, Salford, MediaCityUK, Saford and Ancoats, in Manchester. They also operate a taproom bar in the brewery.

In July 2020 they opened their partnership bar at Manchester Airports new T2 Departure Lounge and eight months ago the family opened 11 Central, an experiential gin, beer and sports bar in Salford Quays.

Lilt Bit Fruity is available on draft in the SEVEN BRO7HERS BEERHOUSES and 11 Central.
