A 32 year old man will appear in court in Wigan today charged over the death of Kathleen Kirby who was killed after being hit by a vehicle on Bolton Road on Monday afternoon.
Chad Rimington of No Fixed Address was charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing death when driving an unlicensed and uninsured vehicle.
