A 27 year old cyclist is fighting for his life after an accident yesterday afternoon in Trafford
The accident happened around 2.00pm on Wheel Forge Way, the cyclist and a truck colliding
The driver of the truck remained at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries.

Detective Constable Emma Kennedy, of GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “We’re very much thinking of the injured cyclist and his family as he receives treatment in hospital and hope that he makes a full recovery.
“We are working hard to piece together the circumstances surrounding this collision and have carried out a number of enquiries including capturing witness statements and analysing CCTV footage but we’re still keen to hear from any witnesses or anyone with any information or dash-cam footage.
