A 24 year old man from Denton will appear in court tomorrow charged with a serious sexual assault last weekend in Hyde
Brandon Smith of Larch Road has been charged with two counts of rape and three counts of sexual assault and will appear at Tameside Magistrates Court tomorrow
Detective Inspector Christopher Dean, from GMP’s Tameside district, said: “All reports of incidents such as this are taken with the utmost seriousness by officers and I hope this charge demonstrates the urgency with which we’ve worked to secure an outcome.
“I would like to thank members of the public for their support and the victim for her bravery as we continue to support her throughout this investigation.”
