Australian-style sushi concept Rolled is bringing its sushi rolls to the city centre, opening in Manchester Arndale following a successful launch at The Trafford Centre.

Opening on October 17th, the Australian-style sushi to-go kiosk is set to open in the Arndale’s Upper Mall, opposite Footlocker, with its hand rolls ready to quickly captivate the city centre’s desire for fast, healthy food. The delicious fusion of Japanese inspired techniques with Aussie quality and creativity has already taken Manchester by storm, with no signs of slowing down.

Menu options in Manchester will include Spicy Tuna, Crispy Chicken, Salmon Smashed Avo and The Bondi Roll; Aussie breakfast in a roll. Customers can order as many rolls as they like, from just one, to a box of four and above, each priced around £3.50.

To celebrate the opening of their second venue, Rolled will be giving away 500 sushi rolls from 11am on October 17th, on a first come first serve basis (maximum two rolls per person).

Adam Miller, founder of Rolled said: “When we opened in the Trafford Centre, our first kiosk was very much an opportunity to see if the British would be as obsessed with this type of sushi as Aussies are. It turns out they are! That gave us the confidence we needed to ‘roll’ the concept out and opening our second venue in the city centre was a no brainer.

“We’ve had so much positive feedback since opening and we really feed off that energy. We can’t wait to bring our good vibes and Aussie-style sushi to the city centre. We intentionally launched in this amazing city and we’re so excited to now bring it into the heart of Manchester.”

David Allinson, Centre Director at Manchester Arndale, added: “Rolled is the perfect grab-and-go option for those living and working in the city centre. Fusion food continues to be popular and so this unique Australian-style sushi concept will make a fantastic addition to our diverse restaurant and takeaway line up.”
