Honest Burgers Manchester has announced the return of one of its best-selling monthly specials, the Bourbon BBQ Sriracha Burger, after selling close to 34,000 in a month in 2022.
The Bourbon BBQ Sriracha Burger, available in Honest Burgers nationwide from 4th July, is an exclusive collaboration between Honest Burgers, Leeds-based Thicc Sauce and bourbon whisky Maker’s Mark. Honest Burgers Head of Food Adam Layton developed the original bourbon BBQ sriracha with Thiccc Sauce by creating two sauces from scratch – a bright red sriracha hot sauce and a smoky chipotle BBQ sauce – and blended them together with a dash of Maker’s Mark bourbon.
Dripping in the specially created bourbon BBQ sriracha is the classic Honest Beef, accompanied by crispy onions and candied bacon – the perfect salty-sweet snack made by frying smoked streaky bacon with golden syrup. The burger also includes double American cheese, pickles, lettuce and finished with confit garlic mayo.

In addition to the show-stopping burger, Honest Burgers has also created the perfect drink pairing – the Bourbon Peach Iced Tea. Also in collaboration with Maker’s Mark and Good One – the Hackney-based craft hard soda brand – the canned cocktail takes its inspiration from the Kentucky iced tea. This drink, steeped with southern hospitality, is perfect for sipping on a hot summer’s day.
The Bourbon BBQ Sriracha Burger will be available at all 43 Honest Burgers’ restaurants from 4th July – 31st July and is priced at £14.50, served with homemade rosemary salted chips for dine-ins and collection or £15.50 with a side when ordered via Uber Eats.
The Bourbon Peach Iced Tea is £6.50 for a 330ml can.
