Commencing on Monday 8th January Yang Sing will be offering a brunch menu, prepared by one of the UK’s most celebrated Chinese chefs Harry Yeung MBE, to hungry Mancunians. The restaurant will offer unlimited dim sum and loose leaf tea’s to visitors.

Harry Yeung serves exquisite dim sum and Cantonese cuisine for a contemporary audience, whilst keeping an eye on honouring the traditions and techniques of the old masters.

Traditional Chinese Cantonese dishes on the new unlimited Yum Cha menu include: Shanghai style pan fried pork buns, shredded duck and root vegetable spring rolls, Sui Mai- Steamed prawn and pork dumplings, and miniature Soy cooked chicken on steamed rice.

Bonnie Yeung, from the Yang Sing, said, “Our unlimited Yum Cha is a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon, whilst also tucking in to some delicious Dim Sum dishes. My favourite are the pork buns!”

It is not only the food that Yang Sing have focused on. A wide variety of loose leaf tea will be available including options such as, Jasmine, Orange Pekoe, Pu’er, Shou Mei, Shui Xin, and Oolong.

Yum Cha is a traditional Cantonese dining experience which is in some ways similar to a British afternoon tea. Usually involving a wide range of dim sum options and variations of Chinese tea.

“Yum Cha is a traditional Cantonese social activity that’s designed to be communal; so it’s perfect for enjoying with friends, family or work colleagues,” added Bonnie Yeung.

The Yum Cha menu is available from 08/01/2018 and runs from Monday to Friday between 14:00 and 16:00.

Customers can enjoy unlimited food for just £25, add unlimited loose leaf team or bubbly for £30, or unlimited everything for £40.
