The eight best trials riders in the world will be racing down Deansgate this weekend.
World Champion Toni Bou and Dougie Lampkin MBE will be among riders taking part in the Red Bull City Trial, now in it’s third year, and which has become a firm favourite in the City of Manchester and has also gained a significant following within the world of motor-sports.
Current World Champion Toni Bou will be taking to the streets of Manchester for the first time along with previous World Champions Adam Raga and Dougie Lampkin, who has been instrumental in the creation of the event. Also competing will be returning champion Jeroni Fajardo and local interest will be stoked by James Dabill, Jack Shepherd and Michael Brown.
Speaking of the event, multiple World Champion Lampkin said, “It is incredible that we are able to return to Manchester with Red Bull City Trial and I am so excited about the best riders in the world riding down Deansgate, along a course that is bigger and better than ever before.”
Red Bull City Trial is a unique motorsports event happening on Deansgate on the 4th October 2014 and is free for spectators to watch.
