Dishes from Mowgli’s vegan menu

Taking part in Veganuary this month? If you are struggling for inspiration check out the variety of dining options available at restaurants at the Corn Exchange. They will certainly satisfy your appetite.

If it is pizza you are craving Pizza Express offers customers their ‘Vegan Giardiniera’. The pizza features vegan mozzarella with asparagus, red onion, black olives and garlic oil making it a real meatless feast. Alternatively you can switch to vegan mozzarella on any other pizza on the menu.

The Italian theme continues with Zizzi’s vegan efforts. Here diners will be able to tuck in to a vegan lentil ragu or pizzas featuring vegan cheese and vegetable toppings.

For a truly delicious vegan feast Pho will be offering up a flavour packed three-course meal. Enjoy vegan crispy spring rolls, traditional pho noodle soups and delicious bananas fritters. Pho also offers light, healthy options such as the Goi Chay, a salad enriched with Asian herbs, peppers and chilli ginger dressing.

Mowgli has a special menu dedicated to vegans which offers a wealth of options. The menu is creative featuring options including, treacle tamarind fries, the famous Mowgli chip butty, tea steeped chickpeas, homemade ice cones with watermelon sorbet and a special vegan tiffin box – a delicious meat-free food roulette.

Banyan’s vegan menu presents some tasty options. Visitors can choose to enjoy an Indonesian fried rice, a Mexican powerbowl salad, rustic ciabatta with Mediterranean vegetables and a delicious passion fruit sorbet to finish.

Looking for a delightful vegan brunch? Then Cosy Club is the place to visit! On offer for atendees – falafel, tomato, mushroom, peppers, spinach, fried potatoes and baked beans with toast, Thai veggie curry, courgette, pea and edamame bean risotto and a Moroccan tabbouleh with aubergine.

Tampopo’s vegan option include authentic Asian vegan food such as, Singapore vermicelli noodles, shoyu ramen, Singaporean curry and tamarind tofu. There is plenty for vegans to tuck into.

Wahaca’s vegan menu is packed with flavour, from sweet potato burrito to winter vegetable enchiladas and street food including plantain tacos and poblano pepper and corn tacos.
