Located on the ground floor of the city’s most iconic building, the Beetham Tower, your mum will be treated like a queen in Manchester’s finest spot.
  
Podium’s delicious menu is created from locally sourced ingredients, using only the finest produce in season, making it the perfect destination for decadent dining.

With a sparkling glass of prosecco on arrival, start your meal with a choice of parsnip soup with sage and onion bon bon, ham hock terrine with spiced pineapple chutney, toasted brioche and petit salad, prawn and crayfish cocktail with avocado, mayonnaise, tomato jelly and baby gem or beetroot salad, watercress, goats cheese and honey dressing.

Lust over the tasty mains on offer, from herb crusted lamb rump with crushed minted peas, fondant potato and baby vegetables, sirloin with potato gratin, cauliflower puree, wilted spinach, charred leeks, confit cherry tomatoes and jus, salmon with crushed purple potatoes, sprouting broccoli, hollandaise and crispy capers or black truffle gnocchi with wild mushrooms, chives and hard Italian cheese.

 If you and your mum are tempted by those all important desserts, indulge on sweet favourites including salted caramel chocolate torte with chocolate soil and salted caramel ice cream, blood orange trifle, forced rhubarb crumble with clotted cream ice cream or exotic fruit pavlova with mango coulis.
