Plans have been revealed for high quality student residences which will form part of Manchester City Centre’s Circle Square Development

The Oxford Road residence will feature 716 apartments split between two buildings and huge amounts of social space.

Students can choose from a range of self contained studios along with five bedroom suites with shared lounge areas and a small number of exclusive split level duplexes with private balconies and twin occupancy studios containing two beds.

Its social areas will be bigger than ever, with huge hub areas to socialise, as well as an on-site cinema, karaoke areas, private dining rooms and tonnes of study areas.

Headquartered in Manchester, Vita Student’s award winning First Street residence has been sold out since opening in 2014, with waiting lists of students in the city wanting to call it home, Circle Square will answer this demand.

Lee Mclean, Managing Director of Vita Student, said: “Vita Student has become synonymous with having the best experience at uni. Yes, we provide amazingly stylish residences, but we also bring them to life with events and activities that make sure our customers have the best time ever whilst living with us.

“Our Circle Square residence marks the next generation of our Vita Student product, bigger and better than ever before. Our marketing suite has already been packed with students wanting to find out more and at 30% let before we’ve even launched, we’re in a really good place.

“Our second Manchester site is perfect for student customers who want to be in the heart of all that Oxford Road has to offer and indeed Circle Square. With themes of innovation, collaboration and community running throughout the building and indeed Circle Square, it will be an exceptional place to live and I’m looking forward to opening the doors in September.”

Vita Student currently has nine residences open across the UK with a further six in development.

Circle Square will be a connected and collaborative new city centre neighbourhood like no other, surrounded by leading centres of knowledge, art, music and innovation. With the Vita Student launch in September this year and 60% of the scheme completed by Autumn 2019, Circle Square will be a lively city centre neighbourhood where skilled professionals, creative minds and talented students will live, work and enjoy their spare time
