Leading UK call centre, RSVP Media Response, has signed a three-year deal to occupy 5,000 sq ft of office space in the Digital World Centre, MediaCity
The only contact centre to be staffed entirely by actors, RSVP is opening its first northern headquarters in the Digital World Centre,
Expanding its 370-seat base in London Docklands by employing an additional 50 agents at MediaCityUK, RSVP forecasts it will grow to 150 within the first year of northern operations.
The office will be an exact replica of the successful RSVP London business model, employing confident and talented professional actors as agents on the phones. The acting training and experience of these highly educated agents enables them to engage and build a unique rapport with callers from all walks of life.
