True masters of dark arts and molecular mixology; The Alchemist has re-opened its doors to reveal its reimagined New York Street venue, following a two week revamp project and an impressive £180,000 transformation.
New York Street Manchester, which opened in 2012 as the second site for the progressive brand, closed for a fortnight whilst the rejuvenation project took place and has now been transformed to align with The Alchemist’s current positioning, having reopened for trade on 30th June.
The refreshed venue will breathe a new lease of life into one of the brand’s original sites, letting guests revel in The Alchemist’s trademark ‘copper-cased wonderland’ decor which has been designed to create a richer, more immersive, shareable bar and restaurant experience for guests.
Wherever visitors look they will be captivated by The Alchemist’s devilish décor, unconventional artworks, and obsessive eye for detail. The revivified venue will continue to go from strength to strength and keep theatrical innovations in food and drink at its core.
Following its latest opening in Newcastle and the launch of a new site in Chester this month, the premium operator has invested almost half a million pounds into refurbishing two key sites as the brand’s evolution continues.
The re-imagining of the sites in Trinity Leeds and New York Street in Manchester was led by Macaulay Sinclair, who have brought the two popular venues in line with the look and feel of The Alchemist’s most recent openings.
