You have seen them taking over Instagram with their ice cream and frozen yoghurt rolls made fresh in front of your eyes and now Pan-n-Ice are taking over The Selfridges Trafford food hall with a delicious pop up.
Pan-n-Ice started after founders Rob and Henry discovered flash-freeze ice cream when backpacking around Thailand in June 2015. They came back to the UK wanting to spread fun, flavour and positivity through their theatrical ice rolls.
It’s a simple 3 step process to frozen perfection, choose your base – yoghurt or ice cream then pick your topping and choose your sauce. The ice cream is then mashed, sliced, diced and freeze fried on a metal plate while you watch.
Did we mention there is three amazing combo’s to try from? Kinky Kinder with Ferrero Rocher, Kinder Bueno and Salted Caramel. Eton Mess with strawberries, raspberries and meringue. Finally, a combination of oreo, Nutella and flake!
