Everybody’s favourite Italian chef Gino D’Acampo has officially launched his first My Coffee & Deli Bar!

The new Italian fast-casual dining offer, which is located on the ground floor of his Pizza & Prosecco bar in fashion retailer Next, is Gino’s third venue in the city.

Visitors can choose to eat in or take away – with a breakfast, lunch and early evening menu that rotates throughout the day, every day. Guests will be transported into the streets of Italy with Neapolitan coffee and excellent Italian cuisine.

Diners are invited to skip the queues by pre-ordering online at at www.Gino2Go.comA free delivery service is also available on orders over £30.

Speaking on the opening, Gino D’Acampo said:  “I’m super happy to officially open the doors to My Coffee & Deli Bar, a place that serves real Italian food, as it should be, to eat in or to go.

“Lifestyles have changed with more and more of us eating on the move and looking for a quick and varied offer.  I don’t believe that convenience should compromise on quality nor come at a premium price.

“At My Coffee & Deli Bar guests can pop in for a quick, real Neapolitan coffee, a bite at breakfast or enjoy lunch. I’ve created a menu that I’m confident will satisfy every taste, all made fresh by my brilliant team.”

Topping the list of breakfast favourites at My Coffee & Deli Bar are a wide range of hot sandwiches, croissants, cakes, muffins and much more, all made in-house by skilled pastry chefs and bakers at Gino’s own bakery. Superfood yoghurts, home-made porridge topped with berries, honey or nuts, and fresh fruit are also available for those wanting a healthier option.

The lunch menu, available from 11am, boasts hand-stretched Neapolitan pizza, homemade pasta and classic sandwiches with a unique Italian twist – served on artisan Piadina and Spianata breads. For those with a sweet tooth, delicious traditional desserts are also on offer, such as tiramisu and panna cotta, alongside a wide selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes.

Gino has also had some fun crafting a tasty selection of cold pressed juices with his closest friends. All made in house, ‘Celebrity Juices’ will be served, including Bunton’s Beetroot Boogie, Phillip Schofield’s Feel Good Factor, Keith Lemon’s Carrot Kick and Gino’s Fruit Fantastico. A percentage of all sales will be donated to Gino’s charity of choice, Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.

Diners wanting to take the weight off their feet and look out over historic Exchange Square can take advantage of My Coffee & Deli Bar’s relaxed window bar or soak up the last of the Indian summer sun on the outdoor terrace.  Further low-level seating is available at the rear of the restaurant and provides a glimpse of the latest trends available in Next.

Guests looking to extend their stay and enjoy a chilled glass of Prosecco or an Italian beer, can move on up to Gino’s Pizza & Prosecco Bar with ease, with an internal lift taking guests straight up to the restaurant, located within Next.

The launch of Gino D’Acampo – My Coffee & Deli Bar follows the success of Gino’s restaurants in Leeds, Harrogate, Manchester, Liverpool, Hull and London, with further restaurants to launch in partnership with Individual Restaurants in 2018 and a strong pipeline in place for 2019.
