The new flagship restaurant, designed by Russell Sage Studio has undergone a major development and refurbishment in its beautiful iconic venue – just seconds from the newly regenerated Corn Exchange – and will provide the people of Manchester with a unique and cultural offering within everything, from the dishes to the décor.

Serving classic, quality Thai food and hospitality, the restaurant will be set over three floors and be a destination where old jostles with the new and a heady mix of tradition meets contemporary.

Busaba Executive ChefJude Krit Sangsida said: “As Thai Buddhism culture said “Living with happiness”, we share happiness we share sadness, same as eating – we share the food for happiness because the food we eat is for living, so we will live with happy.”

The exciting menu boasts a fine balance of quality value and traditional dishes, inspired by modern Bangkok, including Busaba’s best selling Thai Calamari, its famous Pad Thai and iconic Thai curry’s, all made with Busaba’s secret recipe curry pastes; developed in association with Michelin Star Chef David Thompson. Over in the bar, a range of flavousome Thai Teas’, Thai inspired juices, signature cocktails, local & far-away beers and more, will be on offer.

Jason Myers Busaba CEO said; “We’re extremely excited to be bringing the Busaba experience to Manchester, it’s our next natural step and has long been in demand from our fans! In a city that’s buzzing with atmosphere and culture, it made total sense for us to open the doors to our flagship restaurant here. Evolving the brand regionally is of huge significance to us, and is important that our new staff be recruited locally; allowing us to create additional job opportunities in the thriving hospitality scene. We look forward to welcoming in the people of Manchester to sample the true taste of Bangkok Thai.”
