A man will appear in court this morning charged with the murder of Elizabeth Merriman in Newhay last month
Forty one year old Darren Merriman of Birch Crescent has been remanded to appear before Manchester Crown Court today.
The body of 39-year-old Elizabeth was found at an address on Birch Road late in the evening of the 22nd October.
