Lancashire Lightning will take on Worcestershire Rapids in the Vitality Blast semi-final at Edgbaston on Saturday 15 September.
The winner will take on either Sussex Sharks or Somerset in the final later that day. The order of the semi-finals will be confirmed in the next 24 hours.
