Four men and a boy will appear in court today charged following a series of attacks in Cheadle Hulme.
All five have been charged with kidnap,assault, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of a firearm with intent and three counts of personal robbery and will appear at Stockport Magistrates court today.
The charges follow a series of incidents around 11.15pm last Thursday evening when police were called to Swann Lane to reports of a robbery.
A further report of a man being bundled into a white van was received along with a report of a man being assaulted on Ladybridge Road.
The four are Devante Gibson aged 19, of Bakewell Road, Trafford, Miri Cull also 19 of Alvington Grove, Hazel Grove.
Cole Hamilton aged 18 of Russell Road, Partington and Mark Bowyer aged 27 , of Bollin Avenue, Bowden.
A 17-year-old boy cannot be named.
