What’s Ferragosto?
It marks the midpoint of summer and Italians celebrate with a fun-packed day at the beach, live music, fireworks and of course delicious Italian food. Carluccio’s Ferragosto supper club will embrace the convivial spirit of getting together around one large communal table to enjoy food and good times.
In the true spirit of Ferragosto, all three courses at the supper will be served traditional family style – in the centre of the table so family members can have as little or as much as they’d like. Spend precious time with loved-ones with home-baked focaccia, moreish mixed olives and classic antipasti – a selection of Italian hams, cheeses and vegetarian deli foods.
Next up will be large Penne Giardiniera, Penne Regine alla Norma and Risotto ai Funghi, because nothing screams la vacanze like pasta!
To finish up an indulgent mean, there will be creamy authentic Italian gelato.
