Europcar UK, is continuing to invest in the development of its commercial fleet network with the opening of its latest Van Hub.

Situated at Trafford Park, the new specialist location is set to provide fast access to a comprehensive choice of commercial vehicle services, underpinning the operations of a wide spectrum of businesses, from construction to logistics.

The new addition to Europcar’s national van network means the company now has 14 van supersites, making it the biggest network of specialist commercial vehicle rental sites in the UK. Now customers in the North West have access to the widest choice of specialist and standard vehicles on their doorstep, with delivery and collection within four business hours.

“Our commercial fleet continues to expand, delivering more choice of specialist vehicles to more businesses throughout the UK,” explained Stuart Russell, Specialist Vehicle Director for Europcar UK. “The new Trafford Park van supersite is a key location for what is becoming known as the Northern Powerhouse. It will bring access to an unrivalled fleet of standard and specialist vehicles that’s ideal for businesses operating along the M6 corridor.”

The Trafford Park site is designed to meet a wide range of demands, including bulk orders from two to over 20 vans, as well as support both short and long term vehicle hire. Each Europcar van supersite has experts on hand to help small business owners and fleet managers find the vehicle that’s right for their specific needs.

This expertise, combined with an expanding fleet of specialist vehicles means Europcar can deliver tailor made solutions that support the ever-changing needs of its customers.

Europcar’s commercial vehicle fleet comprises a mix of core vans such as CDV, SWB, LWB as well as an unrivalled extensive range of specialist vehicles from Crew Vans to ready to rent Chapter 8 and 4X4 pick-ups. Customers also benefit from an extensive bespoke vehicle fitting service, including internal racking, roof racks, towbars, beacons and tool boxes.

“By investing in our commercial fleet and supersites, Europcar is helping more businesses stay on the road, whether it be providing replacements for the vehicles that are off for maintenance and servicing or plugging the gap when an increase in business requires more vehicles at short notice”, added Stuart Russell.

“Long-term rental also offers an alternative for businesses that don’t want to tie-up capital in vehicle ownership. And with a dedicated delivery and collection service, we go the extra mile to reduce time and keep businesses on the move.”
