Acclaimed tapas restaurant, El Gato Negro is to open on Monday 10th , 17th and 24th of July, further to demand from graduates looking to celebrate their achievements at the popular King St restaurant.

Ensuring celebrations start in style, El Gato Negro has crafted an exclusive cocktail for the occasion -The Graduation.

A tempting blend of Manchester raspberry gin, cherry infused Bourbon and Cava, garnished with raspberry dust, coconut and Bourbon soaked cherry, The Graduation is priced at £8.50 and promises to score a first class honours.

El Gato Negro’s full menu, including favourites: a fillet of hake with jamon, peas, broad beans and asparagus, chargrilled onglet steak with patatas a lo pobre and spiced aubergine with onion confit, fritarda sauce and lavosh bread, will also be available.
