Is there anything more Christmassy than the feeling of fresh snow beneath your feet? Do you fancy visiting the only Grotto on real snow this Christmas? Then you’re in luck, as Santa Claus is set to ski into Christmas in style this November at Chill Factore.

Weaving in-between Christmas trees, the man himself will making his magical entrance by skiing down the 180m real snow slope, accompanied by Santa’s helpers, to mark his arrival and the official opening of the only Grotto in the country on real snow.

Inspired by the popular fairy-tale Hansel and Gretel, this year’s Santa’s Grotto at Chill Factore will take the form of a delicious gingerbread house, surrounded by sparkling trees, glistening lights and chattering elves. It will be open right up until Christmas Eve and all of Santa’s guests visiting the Grotto will receive a special gift on the day.

What’s more, all visits to the Grotto will be combined with some play time in the Snow Park or Mini Moose Land, which will really get you and your children into the festive spirit in their very own winter wonderland.

Older children have the chance to spend a thrilling hour in the Snow Park – with Downhill Donuts, the Luge Slip ‘n’ Slide, Sledge O’Mania and the Snow Luge, there’s more than enough to keep even adults and big kids happy!

The Grotto will be open every weekend from the 11th November, and from December it will be open every day, right up until Christmas Eve. The snow is crunchy, the lights will sparkle, and of course there’ll be Christmas trees all around – an enchanting Christmas experience like no other!
