The Festival, run by Stockport Council, will be celebrating its 18th year with a variety of entertainment.

People will also get to experience the hand ring bells with an amazing repertoire of well-known tunes or listen to the traditional sounds of the silver band.

There will also be a variety of craft and information stalls and the Friends of Chadkirk will be selling an assortment of plants and flowers in the walled garden. There will also be a selection of refreshments on sale.

The Festival starts at 12noon and finishes at 5.00pm. Admission is £2 for adults, £1 for children aged 5 to15, children under 5 are free. Dogs are allowed at the event on a lead. Free onsite parking is available.
