The world’s only international personal training company, UP, has moved to the high-end XYZ Building in the city’s thriving Spinningfields quarter from its previous home in Old Granada Studios.

Now UP Manchester is hosting a VIP open event where guests can tour the new gym, meet the personal trainers and discover their body transformation secrets which have helped get hundreds of clients in the best shape of their lives, including Emmerdale actress Gemma Atkinson and Coronation Street favourites Cath Tyldesley and Ryan Thomas.

The event on Monday, July 31st, is a chance to find out what sets UP apart in the fitness industry, learn how we achieve our world famous 12-week transformation results and ask the trainers themselves everything you’ve ever wanted to know about training, nutrition, fitness and the art of body transformation.

Starting at 7pm, the evening is a great opportunity to see behind the scenes at Manchester’s leading private personal training gym and learn about the results-driven ethos and methodologies that have helped transformation the health, fitness and physiques of the great and the good in the city.

The official opening is also a chance to see the impressive gym close up, including the iconic UP prowler track.

The highest quality food and drink will be on offer from Manchester’s award-winning Italian restaurant San Carlo. Exclusive prizes will be up for grabs on the night and there’s a chance to win training packages at UP Manchester in the business card draw.

Guests can also take advantage of one-off sign-up discounts at the open event at UP’s new home.

The global fitness brand’s new home sees its move into a larger and more bespoke training facility which will accommodate the team of 15 leading personal trainers and the company’s ever-expanding client base.

UP, which has gyms in London, Singapore, Marbella, L.A., Dubai, Amsterdam, Sydney and Hong Kong, has moved to the ultra-modern new premises in Manchester’s sought-after Spinningfields district – a state-of-the-art upgrade to a 4,000 m2 bespoke personal training gym.

The XYZ building is a new development in Spinningfields, Manchester, and is set to be the new hub for cutting-edge Manchester-based tech and media firms.

Other brands that will be joining UP Fitness include media giant Global Radio who run Smooth Radio, Classic FM, Heart and Capital FM and Shoosmiths Solicitors and IT specialists NCC.

UP’s new facility includes bespoke training equipment designed to get maximum body transformation results with every single client, including the signature UP track for prowler pushes, sled pulls, sled drags, lunge walks and modified strongman exercises, like farmer’s walks.
