Bridgewater Hall Saturday 14th December

This special evening of carols and seasonal favourites, the Bridgewater Hall takes the classic approach to Christmas carolling with performers dressed in 18th Century costume, in a candle-lit setting. Led by Canzonetta Choir and Mozart Festival Orchestra, carols will include Good King Wenceslas, O Come All Ye Faithful, The First Noel and Hark the Herald Angels Sing, alongside classics by Mozart, Bach, Handel and more. Manchester Cathedral Family Carol Concert Sat 21st December

Escape the busy markets and bring the whole family along for choir renditions of your favourite carols in the breathtaking surroundings of one of the city’s most famous Medieval buildings. Directed by Jeffrey Mackinson, the concert includes performances from the Manchester Cathedral Voluntary Choir and ‘Flute Salad’. Price includes a glass of wine and a mince pie.
