Police searching for missing teenager Charlie Pope have found a body in Manchester in Manchester City Centre.
Man underwater search was carried out in the canal just off Whitworth Street West yesterday and just after 3:40pm the search team found a body in the canal.
Although formal ID is yet to take place, it is believed to be Charlie Pope.
The nineteen year old from West Didsbury 19, left the Zombie Shack on New Wakefied Street in the City Centre at around 2.30am and was last seen on Whitworth Street at 4.50am.
His family have been informed and are being provided with support from specially trained officers at this tragic time.
There are believed to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a file will be passed to the coroner.
