Michael Sheldon, General Manager of Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport announces the appointment of James Williams as new Executive Head Chef.
Jimmy brings more than 18 years of experience to his role, having worked for some of the UK’s most highly reputable hotels, such as Malmaison, Crowne Plaza and De Vere Village Hotels. He will bring a fresh and innovative dimension to the culinary experience here at the Clayton Hotel.
Commenting on the new appointment, ‘‘I am delighted to announce the appointment of Jimmy as our new Executive Head Chef. In his new capacity as Head Chef, Jimmy will oversee all food aspects of the hotel where he will showcase his extensive knowledge of cooking skills and also kitchen management. Having worked across a range of demographics he will bring a new outlook to the dining experience at the hotel and also a competitive edge within the market place.
