A seventy four year old chaplain has been charged with sexual offences against two girls.
The charges relate to incidents involving two girls under the age of 16 at a school in Stockport. The incidents took place between 1972 and 1976.
Alan Devine of Worthing Close in Stockport has been charged with 15 offences including rape, indecent assault and gross indecency.
He has been bailed and is due to appear at Stockport Magistrates Court at 10am on 21 August 2017.
